Rudy Ramirez

Rudy Ramirez born in Tucson on March 28, 1924, was taken to be with the Lord on May 31, 2011. Preceded in death by his daughter, Rosalinda. Survived by his wife Alice; sons, Rudy, Charlie, Gary and Paul; daughter Gina, and a large extended family of several generations. Rudy was an extraordinarily hardworking man; a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus; and a member of the American Legion. Rudy served honorably in the United States Army/Air Force. Upon discharge, Rudy met his wife at a dance in Tucson, they have been married for over 61 years. The memories of Rudy will live on forever in the hearts of his family and friends. Rudy's love of the Lord and family were foremost in his life. Visitation will be on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at MARTINEZ FUNERAL CHAPEL, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Rosary 7:00 p.m. Mass will be Monday, June 6, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Margarets Catholic Church followed by a burial at Holy Hope Cemetery.
