Grace Valdez Canez Bonillas

Grace Valdez Canez Bonillas, 1930-2012, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on December 11, 2012. She was 82. Grace was born November 27, 1930 in San Angelo, TX to Guillermo and Anastacia Valdez and moved to Tucson in 1956. She worked in Environmental Services at St. Mary's Hospital for over 30 years. Grace was preceded in death by her daughter, Leticia. She is survived by her children, Virginia, Socorro, Pancho (Casey), Ernie (Dina), Will and Tachita Cordova (George). There are also 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Monday, December 17, 2012 at MARTINEZ FUNERAL CHAPELS from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. Grace was loved by all who knew her and will be sorely missed.
