Irene M. Sanchez

Irene M. Sanchez, 51, of Tucson, AZ. Went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 23, 2013. Her true meaning in life was her family and her husband of 27 years Feliz, her two daughters Stephanie and Erica, and her three pretties Oreo Cookies and Mocha. She is survived by her brother Augustine Bernal, her sisters Ramona Espino, Josie Borboa, Carolina Bernal and her special father-in-law Chano Sanchez. She has gone to join her parents Augustine and Margaret Bernal and her nephew Carlos Valenzuela. She graduated from Cholla High School in 1979.She worked as an office manager for T.U.S.D. She was also involved in her daughter’s pom line for Tucson High. Irene was extremely dedicated to helping everyone who walked into her life. Visitation will be on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Martinez Funeral Chapels from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 9:30a.m. Reception will follow at Faternal Order of Eagles Lodge, 1530 N. Stone Ave. from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Arrangements handled by Martinez Funeral Chapels, 2580 S. 6th Ave. Tucson, AZ.
