Aida Bacoccini

Aida continues her journey of life to share in eternal happiness with her father Frank Cota-Robles; her brothers Armando, Anthony, Benjamin, her sisters Alicia and Ophelia. Aida was born January 7, 1938 in Tucson, AZ and graduated from Tucson High School in 1956. Aida was blessed with her first of three children in 1958, and devoted herself entirely to her family. Aida eventually moved to Sacramento, CA and began a career as a Family Service Worker with the Head Start program for 20 years prior to retiring and returning to Tucson. Aida is survived by her mother Eva Cota-Robles; spouse, Regi Bacoccini; son, Eduardo G. Chavez; daughters, Corina Chavez and Marta Chavez; and five beautiful grandchildren whom she adored with all of her heart; as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Aida also remained very close to the father of her children, Eduardo G. Chavez and several life-long friends. Please join us as we celebrate Aida's life, beginning with a Visitation to be held at Martinez Funeral Chapels on Friday, March 7, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church 215 S. Craycroft on Saturday, March 8, 2013 at 10:30am.
