Elvia Armida Orozco

Elvia "Armida" Orozco, 67, of Tucson died peacefully at home on April 3, 2014.  Armida is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, Roberto; children' Bertha Cisneros (Tony), Emily Chiaffino (Jose) and Robert Jr. (Laurie): 6 grandchildren; Celeste, Kassandra, Jose (JC), Robert, Isabel and Anthony; 1 great-grandchild; Delilah. Armida is preceded in death by her friend and confidant, her mother Isabel "Chavela" Lopez and her father Pedro Guzman. She is also survived by her two loving sisters; Jackie Lopez (Eddie) and Elsa Cocoa. She loved being around friends and family and enjoyed her countless hours volunteering at school. We find comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain. We will always remember her sense of humor, smile and love of life. She will forever be in our hearts.  Visitation will be at Martinez Funeral Chapels on Monday, April 7, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Mass will be held at St. Monica Church on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. SERVICES ENTRUSTED TO MARTINEZ FUNERAL CHAPELS, 2580 S. 6TH AVE.
