Tony Gomez Valdez

Tony G. Valdez, 71, of Tucson passed away peacefully on April 3, 2014, on this day heaven received another Angel. Preceded in death by his parents Leonardo and Esther Valdez, sisters; Edilia DeLano and Hortensia Noriega, brother-in-laws; Wesley "Bud" DeLano and Frank Figueroa, son-in-law; Reyes Palomarez, survived by wife Yolanda Valdez, sister; Herminia Figueroa, children; Ernesto (Rachel), Elena Dodge, Michael and Albert, 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, many niecies and nephews.  Tony will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Visitation will be held at Martinez Funeral Chapels on April 11, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with a Rosary recital at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at South Lawn cemetery, 5401 S.
