Elisa Galinda Alcorta

Elisa Galindo Alcorta was born June 14, 1937 in Faywood, New Mexico. She entered into eternal peace July 6, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years, Vicente Alcorta, and son, Ricardo Alcorta. She was a patient and loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister. She devoted her life to her family and her strong faith. She will be forever missed by her children, Rosie (George) Rubalcava, Florencio (Maria) Alcorta, Emma (Edwin) Arnaud, George (Sandra) Alcorta, Patricia Alcorta, Vicente Alcorta, Jr., David Alcorta, Marissa Alcorta; her six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Rosary will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at MARTINEZ FUNERAL CHAPELS, 2580 S. 6th Ave., Tucson, AZ from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Mass will follow at St. John's Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with burial after at Holy Hope Cemetery. www.martinezfuneralchapels.com
