Tony A. Martinez

Tony A. Martinez, 62, of Tucson, passed away July 16, 2014, with his family by his side. He was born October 15, 1951, to the late Tony Martinez (Father) and survived by Elena Martinez (Mother). Tony is survived by four children; Elizabeth Gallego (Sergio), Tony Martinez (Stephanie), Lorraine Martinez and Michael Martinez. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one brother, Neto Martinez and three sisters; Olga Mendoza, Margie Munoz (Arturo) and Diane Gonzales (Pedro). He spent most of his life working as an auto mechanic and miner. He really loved music, working on vehicles, going to car shows and spending time with family. Viewing will be on Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Martinez Funeral Chapels, 2580 S. 6th Ave. Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St Augustine Cathedral with a burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
