Mary Helen Yslava

Mary Helen Yslava, 57, went home on December 26, 2014. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. Survived by her husband Tito, children; David, Marisela and Veronica, grandchildren; Annette, David Jr., Roman, Gabby, Viviana, Julian, Jacob and Vanessa, great-grandson; David, sisters, brothers and sister and best friend Rachel. We have always known you as the perfect angel, you now truly are. Our perfect vision of you will remain with us always. We thank you for all the wonderful memories, laughs and smiles you left us with. We love you infinitely and we'll miss you for the rest of our days. Rest with the Lord, our most perfect angel. A Mass will be held on Friday, January 02, 2015 at St. Augustine Church at 9:00 a.m. Visitation will follow at Martinez Funeral Chapels, 2580 S. 6th Avenue, Tucson, Az. 85713 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 12:00 p.m. Burial will be at South Lawn Cemetery. Services entrusted to Martinez Funeral Chapels.
