Prudencio Larry "Palomo" Corrales, 91, of Winkleman, Arizona went to be with the Lord on February 4th, 2015. He was survived by his loving wife, Mary Lizarraga Corrales. Sons; Ramon "Chuco", Prudencio "Babe" Jr., and Mario. Daughters; Yolanda Lopez (Ernesto), Antonia Montano (Edward), Martha Corrales, and Yvonne Perez (Gustavo). Also survived by his brother, William "Curly" Corrales. Palomo spent most of his life in Tucson where he was well known for his pro boxing career from 1949 - 1954 (Arizona State Middleweight Title in 1950). He went on to have a career as a finish carpenter and cabinet maker. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his loving wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also too numerous to mention are all his nephews and nieces who remember him and loved him for his loving concern. His great sense of humor will truly be missed by all that were blessed to be part of his life. Visitation will be on Monday, February 9, 2015 from 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. Chapel Eulogy Service will be held at 10:00a.m. at Martinez Funeral Chapels, 2580 S. 6th Ave. Tucson, AZ. Burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
