Elena Maria Orosco

Elena Maria Orosco, 43, died Sunday, January 31, 2016 from a heart attack.Elena was born September 10, 1972, in Tucson, Arizona and was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from Palo Verde High School in 1992 and worked as a pharmaceutical technician at Walgreens for several years. During the last 10 years of her life she was unable to work outside the home due to a variety of health problems.  Her close friend, Rosanna Felix, supported and stood by Elena during these difficult years.She is survived by her mother, Mary Pacholczyk; three sisters, Lisa Arnold (Pacholczyk), Hanna Zoucha (Pacholczyk) and Michelle Weldy (Pacholczyk); two brothers, Fr. Tadeusz Pacholczyk and Daniel Cervantez; three sons, Eric Orosco, Anthony Orosco, Ricky Orosco and their father, Robert Orosco. Elena also leaves behind grand children, nieces, nephews and numerous friends and family. She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Andrzej Pacholczyk; biological father, Ronald Leonard Nelson, and biological mother, Maria Louisa Nelson (Cervantez).Viewing services will be held on Friday, February 12, 2016 between 4 to 5 p.m. for family; 5 to 9 p.m. for all others at the Martinez Funeral Chapel, 2580 South 6th Avenue, Tucson, Arizona 85713. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
