Eduardo Cota

Eduardo Cota, 66, departed this earthly life on February 25, 2016, in Tucson, AZ. He is survived by his loving wife, Alicia Cota; son, Eduardo Cota Jr. (Margarita); daughter, Marcela Cota-Bustamante (Rogelio); siblings, Jose Luis Cota, Oscar Cota, Amelia Molina Cota, Enedina German, Delia Cota, and Graciela Cota; grandchildren, Eduardo André Cota, Annalia Cota, Nicholas Mendivil, Denise, Fatima and Esmeralda Bustamante; Preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Veronica Cota, his parents, Jose and Herminia Cota and his brother Guillermo Cota. Eduardo grew up in a very humble home in Nogales, Sonora. He tried to make a better life for himself and his family by coming into the United States at the age of 16, looking for work wherever he could find it. After many years of hard work, he became the owner of his own drywall and painting business. He was well-respected for the work he provided and was asked to do business for many local business owners. Because of his determination, hard work and ethic, Mr. Cota was able to provide a great life for his family, who were the most important aspect of his life. His grandchildren were the sparkle in his eyes and they now have a very special Angel watching over them. He will forever be missed but always fondly remembered. He is now reunited with his daughter and loved-one's he missed. A Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Chapels.
