Christian Adrian Salazar

Christian earned his Angel Wings at the early age of 23 on November 14, 2016, just nine days short of his 24th birthday.  He is survived by his mother, Carmen Arochi; father, Adrian Salazar; son, Matthew Salazar; girlfriend, Janelle Riesgo; brothers, Xibel Salazar, Emmanuel Rodriguez and Josue Rodriguez; sisters, Marialynn Salazar, Adrianne Salazar and Arialany Salazar; as well as many extended family members and friends.  Christian fought a strong battle and through it all always kept a very positive attitude.  He was never in a bad mood and always maintained a great sense of humor.  He accomplished a lot in his short time on Earth, especially in baseball.  Christian played with the Nogales All-Star team for many years and even holds a record in the Little League.  He proudly wore his number #17 on his baseball jersey.  In his past-time he enjoyed riding motorcycles and cheering for the San Francisco 49ers.  He made friends very easily because he was such a down to earth and humble person.  He made an amazing father, son, brother and friend.  He will live forever in the hearts of those he touched. Services are set for Monday, November 21, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at the Centro Familiar Cristiano, 1481 N. Industrial Dr. Nogales, Arizona followed by a tribute at War Memorial Park, Morley Ave., Nogales, Arizona.
