Alejandro "Alex" Villegas, 47, passed away surrounded by his family on December 10, 2016. He and his wife, Cinthia Villegas, would have celebrated 19 years of marriage on January 24th. Along with his beloved bride, he is survived by his children; Katy Palafox, Alexis Villegas and Valentino Villegas; brothers, Jessie Villegas and Robert Villegas; sister, Patricia Hernandez; parents, Jesus and Imelda Villegas; along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Alex was known for his fun-loving personality and enjoyed playing pranks on his family and friends. He was the "favorite" uncle to his nieces and nephews and was called a "momma's boy" for being such a good son. He always made an effort to reach out to his family and was one of the reasons they remained close and united. In his past-time he enjoyed listening to music, especially from the 80's and 90's era, and loved playing his drums. One of his favorite vacation spots was the ocean, especially in Hawaii, where he took his daughter, Alexis, for her birthday. He can now cheer for his favorite team, the Oakland Raiders, from Heaven. Alex was the definition of a great husband and father, known to his children as the "yes" man because that was always his answer to them. He was a "hip" dad and so loving. The memories he made with his family will live on forever in their hearts.
