Adrian Salazar, 44, departed this earthly life on Friday, January 13, 2017. He was reunited with his son, Christian Adrian Salazar, whom preceded him to the Glory of Our Salvation in November of last year and his mom, Lupita. Adrian was a family man and a hard worker. He was an entrepreneur who wanted to provide for his family and would diligently plan and execute his ideas to become business ventures. He had much appreciation for music, especially for Banda music and the group La Retadora. In his past time he enjoyed cheering for the San Francisco 49ers. He was an exceptional person who was a loving brother to his siblings and was a good friend to many, he never hesitated to extend a helpful hand. His personality was full of life, love and laughter. He had a sense of humor to light up anyone or any room, he was known for throwing firecrackers in the bathroom while it was occupied and even poured mustard as a prank over his sister's head while she was in the shower. He was determined to live in good spirits, even through difficult moments, he persevered. He will be missed but never forgotten. He is survived by, his loving wife of 11 years, Roberta Salazar; son, Xibel Salazar; daughters, Marialynn Salazar, Adrianne Monique Salazar and Arilany Airam Salazar; brother, Hector F. Salazar; sisters, Rosie Reyes, Toni Reyes, Ana Salazar and Esthela Salazar; Father, Hector M. Salazar and grandchild, Matthew Salazar. Services will begin on Friday, January 20, 2017, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at Martinez Funeral Chapels in Nogales. A Mass Celebration will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017, at San Felipe de Jesus Parish at 10:00 a.m. with a burial to follow at Nogales City Cemetery.
