Delma F. Sanchez

Delma Sanchez, 78, beloved Mother and Wife, was called to her eternal resting place on February 5, 2017. She entered this world on May 25, 1938 in Carlsbad, NM. She is survived by her spouse, Ruben Sanchez; daughters, Ida Suarez and Linda Borbon and sons, Daniel Marquez and Ruben John Sanchez Jr.  Delma operated a child care center for twenty years in Tucson, Arizona and helped raise her grandchildren until her retirement.  She loved good food, cooking and socializing. In her past-time she enjoyed listening to music and watching the U of A Wildcats.  She will always be remembered for her wonderful smile that could light up a room with her cheerfulness. Everywhere they traveled in their RV she made new friends and brought laughter to all whom knew her.  A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Martinez Funeral Chapels, 2580 S. 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85713.
