Mercedes E. Lopez Our beautiful mom and nana passed away June 3, 2010 at the age of 78. She was greatly loved by the many people whose lives she touched. She treasured her familia, and her friends. She is preceded in death by her son, Frank Lopez and grandson, Gabriel Lopez. She leaves behind her daughters, Juanita Chappron, Lilia Olivas (Eduardo), Lupe Lopez (Tudy); her sons, Rosario Lopez (Sandra) and Ismael Lopez (Brenda). She leaves her grandchildren, Veronica and Danny Cota, Mercedes and Araceli Olivas, Michael and Rosie Lopez, Frank Lopez, Jr. (Vanessa), Ismael Jr. and Joaquin Lopez. Her precious great-grandchildren, Alonzo Saldivar, Adriana and Andres Lopez. She also leaves behind her brother, Armando Ayala (Gloria) and sister, Dolores Campa. A heartfelt gracias to her special friends whom brought her so much joy at Life Care Center. Visitation will be at MARTINEZ FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2580 S. 6th Ave. on Wednesday, June 9, 2010, 8:00-10:00 a.m. Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Margaret's Church. Interment to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. Our mom and nana is now rejoicing in Heaven. Gracias mama por todo tu amor. Te queremos mucho.
