Alejandro "Alex" Isaac Rodriguez

Alex left us too soon at the young age of 17 on Friday, January 19, 2018. Alejandro Isaac Rodriguez born on June 23, 2000. He was a beloved son, brother, and friend to many. Alex was tall, charming and funny. He loved to crack jokes and was adored by everyone. A brilliant student and a gifted athlete. Alex touched the many lives he crossed paths with through dedicated friendships and teamwork. He loved the game of baseball and Alex never gave up on his team up until the last out. He was an amazing cook and a natural artist. A great inspiration to those younger and older, Alex could always be counted on to help a companion in need. He was loved by many and we will always cherish him forever. He is survived by his father, Luis Rodriguez; mother, Cecilia Maria Lopez Rodriguez; brothers, Adrian L. Rodriguez and Marco (Carmela) Hernandez; paternal grandmother, Cinda L. Rodriguez; maternal grandmother, Cecilia B. Lopez; paternal grandfather, Luis T. Rodriguez; as well as many extended family members and friends. Visitation will be on Friday, January 26, 2018 at Martinez Funeral Chapels, 2580 S. 6th Ave., Tucson, AZ.  A memorial Mass will be at a later date, Friday, February 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, 1800 S Kolb Rd, Tucson, AZ.
