Alejandro Baeuerlin Reyes

Alejandro passed away on February 21, 2018.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Lydia M. Reyes; children, Alex M. Reyes (Adelina), Vivian D. Ford, Ronald G. Reyes and Juan Reyes "Hano"; grandchildren, Gabriel Ramirez "Belito", Abraham Ramirez "Abey", Valentino Ford "Valo" (Kristen), Alexis Ramirez "Lexy", Kevin Yates (Kelsey), Samuel Ramirez, Jorge Reyes, Mario Reyes and Jared Reyes; great-grandchildren, Abraham Ramirez Jr. "AJ', Alejandro J. Reyes "Baby Hano" and Desmond Moses Ford; siblings, Henry " Tete" Reyes (Hope) and Rachel "Dede" Moreno; in-laws, Frank Mendoza (Gloria), Dora Espino, Cecilia Valenzuela (Bobby), Clara Salaz, Irene Lopez (Ernie), Abe Mendoza (Alice), Kim Reyes and June Reyes as well as many nephews, nieces, compadres and other family and friends that he loved dearly.

Preceeded in death by his parents, Alejandro T. Reyes and Virginia B. Reyes; in-law parents, Abraham Mendoza and Clara Mendoza; daughter, Cynthia D. Ramirez; son in-law, John W. Ford Jr.; siblings, Richard and wife Jessie Reyes, Margarie and husband Willie Lopez, Armando Reyes, Walter Reyes and in-laws George Mendoza and Manuel Moreno.

He proudly served our country in the United States Army, 11th Airborne Division from 1953-1956.  Alejandro Reyes "Hanito" lived his life for his family, they were at the center of everything he did. He always took care of his family and was a good, hard-working, and honorable man. Even now in death, he is taking care of us. He was a man that made friends everywhere he went. Everyone he met, genuinely loved him. We will miss you, dad. Until we see you again, you are forever in our hearts.
