Anthony Rene Sierra was born in Tucson, Arizona October 30, 2002, to his parents, Danielle and Michael. During his 19 years, he touched many hearts with his uplifting personality. Always smiling, he was a supportive son, brother, and grandson and is deeply loved by many family and friends. He loved his brothers Michael, Fabian, JJ, Jaden and sisters Gia, Iliana, Justlyn, and Jazelle. Anthony had a big heart and was always outgoing, friendly, and willing to give those big hugs He could make you laugh with his silly dancing, singing, or phrases. Growing up, he was very energetic and had a passion for playing the sport of football. At the age of 11, he started playing for the Marana Broncos, where he continued to excel. At the age of 14, he was selected for the Tucson All-Stars and had the opportunity to travel to Orlando, Florida, where they won the 14U Division Champions. He went on to play for Mountain View High School, where he played multiple positions. He simultaneously played football and basketball in his late teenage years, where basketball became his main passion. He played in basketball leagues, where they won numerous tournaments. You could always find him with his friends playing on the outdoor courts or gym playing basketball in his spare time. He loved hanging out with his brothers. sisters and friends and socializing throughout Tucson. He was truly a friend to all!
Anthony Rene Sierra, 19, of Tucson, has passed away. Anthony is survived by his parents; Michael Sierra and Danielle Sierra, brothers; Michael, Fabian, Jonathon ‘JJ’ and Jaden Sierra, sisters; Gia, Iliana Sierra, Justlyn Lang, and Jazelle Sierra, Maternal Grandparents; Rene and Aileen Yslas, Paternal Grandparents; Robert Sierra and Dianne Mason.
Anthony will be remembered and deeply missed by all. Forever in our hearts, and the memories he gave us, we will forever cherish.
