Antonio Valdez

Antonio Valdez , 53, of Nogales, AZ passed away surrounded by loved ones on December 31st, 2022, after a difficult battle with pancreatic cancer. He will be deeply missed by all who know him.

Antonio was born on December 7th, 1969, to Vicente Ruiz and Socorro Camacho. He shared a childhood surrounded by many siblings. At a youthful age Antonio had developed a deep love and passion for boxing. His greatest inspiration was his mother. Antonio had a hobby of creating beautiful drawings that he would share with his loved ones. He faced every challenge in life with admirable strength and courage.

Antonio leaves behind his Six children Antonio Rea Valdez, Mark Anthony Valdez Jr., Angel Valdez, Rene Antonio Valdez, Crystal Valdez, and Jose Valdez, including his grandchildren Reynitza Valdez Romeo Valdez, Evalyn Valdez, and Louie Valdez. He was also survived by his mother Socorro Camacho, father Vicente Ruiz, His brothers Vicente Valdez, Vicente Diaz Salazar, Jesus Ruiz, and Victor Ruiz, His sisters Ana Contreras, Veronica Contreras, and Imelda Ruiz.

Antonio was predeceased by his brother Luis Valdez, his granddaughters Elara Valdez, and Elanie Valdez.
