Arcelia B. Grijalva

Arcelia B. Grijalva, 91, surrounded by family was called home to her Lord and Savior on December 22, 2018. Preceded in death by her husband, Felix M. Grijalva; son, Raul F. Grijalva; She is survived by her sons, Francisco Manuel Grijalva, Marco Antonio Grijalva and Gustavo Grijalva; daughter, Luz Virginia Lopez; sister, Alma Romero; 15 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Arcelia planted a special seed in each and everyone’s lives she came in contact with. She always made everyone feel welcomed and loved. She brightened everyone’s day with her jokes, contagious laughter, and the beautiful outlook she had on life. 

She enjoyed reminiscing about the stories of her youth and adventures, as well as sharing her knowledge with us. She devoted her entire life to her family and was always there to provide support, guidance, affection, and anything else we could have needed. Nana Chela, you will be missed but never forgotten. Always, forever in our hearts.
