Carmen Villa Rios

Born in Nogales, Sonora, Carmen Consuelo Villa-Rios of Nogales, Arizona passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at the age of 85.  She is survived by six daughters and son, Georgina Rios, Deanna Rios-Wheeler, Carmen C. Andrade, Teodoro Rios Jr., Alicia R. Villalvazo, Veronica R. Yubeta and Andrea Andrews; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Carmen was a dedicated wife, mother, sister and friend. Whoever needed her, she was there without question. She loved to be active in her community, and social with her friends. Her friends were all over Mexico and in Arizona as her friendship knew no bounds.  A rosary will be held at Sacred Heart Church at 10 o’clock in the morning, with the Mass to follow, on Monday, May 6th, 2019. Her family would like to extend a thank you to those who have continued to show their love and support during this hard time.  Carmen will be sorely missed and those who knew her will continue to carry on her spirit, loving life as she did.  Our mother has passed, but her beauty remains in our hearts.
