Crystal Heier-Fitzpatrick, beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, passed away on July 30, 2023. Born on January 31, 1988 in Tucson, Crystal brought joy and love to all those around her throughout her life.

Crystal was a nature enthusiast who found solace and happiness in the great outdoors. She had a deep passion for exploring and enjoyed activities such as hiking and camping. Her adventurous spirit led her to discover the beauty of the world around her and she cherished every moment spent in nature.

One of Crystal's most admirable traits was her kindness towards others. She had a warm and welcoming personality that made everyone feel comfortable in her presence. Crystal had a genuine desire to help others and would go out of her way to lend a helping hand whenever she could. Her selflessness touched the lives of many and left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

Crystal's love for animals was truly remarkable. She had a special connection with these furry creatures and dedicated herself to their well-being. Crystal was always surrounded by animals and took great care of them. Her compassion extended beyond just domestic pets; she cared for a multitude of animals throughout her life.

Crystal leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. She is survived by her son Linkin, as well as her daughters Luna and Cora. Crystal's unconditional love for her children was evident in everything she did. She considered them to be her greatest pride and joy, cherishing every precious moment spent with them.

Crystal is also survived by her mother Loraine Shaw, father Robert Leyvas, brother Andres Leyvas, sister Tiffany Shaw, brother Anthony Shaw, loving grandparents J. Holland Hornung and Donald Hornung, as well as uncle Harvey Shaw. She shared many cherished memories with each member of her family, holding them close to her heart throughout the years.

In addition to her immediate family, Crystal leaves behind numerous relatives and friends who will forever treasure the memories they shared. Martha, Yvonne, Marisela, Maria, Kevin, Paul, and Mike were all an important part of Crystal's life, offering her love and support every step of the way.

To honor Crystal's memory, a Memorial Gathering will be held on September 1, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Martinez Funeral Chapels - Tucson located at 2580 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713. This will be an opportunity for friends and family to come together to celebrate Crystal's life and remember the joy she brought into our lives.

Following the Memorial Gathering, a Graveside Service will be held at Southlawn Cemetery in Tucson on September 1, 2023. The service will begin at 1:00 PM and conclude at approximately 1:30 PM. It is here that we will bid farewell to Crystal as she finds her eternal resting place.

Crystal Heier-Fitzpatrick's departure from this earthly realm has left us with heavy hearts, but we find solace in the beautiful memories she gifted us. Her kindness, compassion for animals, and love for family will forever shine as a beacon of light for all who were fortunate enough to have known her. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
