Deborah “Debbie” Webster, 57, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on February 16th, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was born June 24th, 1965, to George and Bertha Uribe in Nogales, Arizona. She grew up in Nogales with her sister Katheryn. Until she graduated from Nogales High School in 1983. She went on to further study her education at Northern Arizona University. While studying at NAU she met Eric Webster and they fell in love to later have three wonderful children (Ashlee, Samantha, Bryan) that meant the world to her. She is survived by her children; Ashlee Norton (Tyler), Samantha Webster and Bryan Webster; grandson, Cole Norton; and sister, Katheryn Cota. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Bertha Uribe.
After graduating with a degree in Bachelor of Science dual degree in Elementary and Special education. She went on to start in her first classroom at AJ Mitchell Elementary. She taught in many schools and classrooms over the years until she found her forever home at Apache Elementary.
As Debbie maintain a household and held a career Debbie was able to further her education with completing

Administrative principal certificate in May 1999
Masters in school psychology in May 2007
In her spare time Debbie and Bertha (her mom) became world travelers. When not found traveling you could find her nose deep in a book or taking care of the birds in her yard. She would refer to the birds as her bird friends and had to make sure they had a clean bath and numerous bird feeders were full for them to enjoy every day. While Debbie enjoyed these simple pleasures there is nothing more that she loved than sending time with her children and grandson.
She is survived by her children; Ashlee Norton (Tyler), Samantha Webster and Bryan Webster; grandson, Cole Norton; and sister, Katheryn Cota (Richard) as well as beloved stepsisters, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Bertha Uribe. She has physically left but will continue to live in the hearts of all those whose hearts she touched.
Her family is working on planning a celebration of life for her in Peoria and Nogales, Arizona at this time.
