Among Edith's hobbies and interests, she found joy in playing Bingo at the Casino Del Sol, a pastime that brought her moments of delight and friendship. In her younger years she sold Avon and enjoyed doing ceramics. Her dedication to this simple pleasure speaks to her appreciation for life's small joys.
Edith's proudest accomplishment was her role as a foster mother, opening her heart and home to children in need of love and care. Her act of adopting one of her foster children and raising her as her own stands as a testimony to her boundless capacity for love.
