Enrique M. Montano

Enrique M. Montano, 69, is now walking beside his Lord and Savior after departing this earthly life on Saturday, July 29, 2017. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Guadalupe G. Montano; sons, Enrique A. Montano, Jr.; daughters, Ana L. Montano, Alma L. Montano-Guerra and Gloria L. Arianpour; brother, Eduardo Montano; sisters Teresa Montano Francisca Montano Murrieta and his loving grandchildren.Enrique was born in Mexicali, Baja California.  When he was 10 years old, his mother was called by our Lord and he was then raised by his Uncles in Santana, Sonora.  That is where he learned his love for horses and Nature.  He loved to go horseback riding and made sure to do it every opportunity he had.  Enrique loved nature, another one of God's greatest gifts.  Enrique then married his loving wife of 47 years, Gloria.  He had nothing but love for his beloved wife.  Enrique always kissed and held her hand anywhere they went.  Together they raised their wonderful son and daughters.  Enrique was a great father.  He always took every chance he would get to compliment his daughters and granddaughters by saying, "Eres la mas Hermosa".  A great role model to his son and grandsons to whom he always referred to as "Mi Hijo". Enrique will forever be remembered for his special ways.  He was a kind, nurturing, loyal and humble man. Enrique used to sing at church. He enjoyed reading the bible, praying and spiritual readings.  He was a great brother to all his church family and loved by many.  He was truly a man of God. Teaching and helping others to know about God was one of his favorite activities.Enrique will be forever be missed and remembered by all whose life's he touched.
