En Memoria Amorosa de Enrique Salcedo Urias

Agosto 26, 2023- Con profundo pesar anunciamos el fallecimiento del querido padre, esposo y abuelo, Enrique Salcedo Urias, quien nos dejó el 26 de Augusto, 2023.

Nacido el 17 de Junio mil novecientos treinta seis.  Enrique fue un pilar devoto de amor y fortaleza para su familia. Fue un esposo dedicado a su amada esposa, Bertha Alicia Carvajal, de 63 años, estableciendo un ejemplo inspirador de compromiso inquebrantable y compañerismo. Fue un padre querido para sus tres hijos y dos hijas sus cuatro nietos, nutriendo un hogar lleno de amor, lealtad y unidad.

Durante más de 50 años, Enrique llamó a Nogales su hogar.  Su dedicación al trabajo arduo, a su familia y a sus amigos lo convirtió en una figura querida en la vida de quienes tuvieron la suerte de conocerlo. Era conocido por su fuerte ética laboral y su compromiso inquebrantable de proveer para su familia.

Su orgullo en los logros de sus hijos fue inmenso. Celebró con alegría los logros de sus cuatro nietos, Carlo Esteban, Priscilla, Eduardo Jr, y Noe y estaba inmensamente orgulloso de que sus hijos, Enrique Jr., Annabelle, Eduardo y Hector Rodolfo, fueran graduados universitarios de primera generación. A pesar de enfrentar la pena de perder a una hija a temprana edad, nunca dejó de visitar su tumba los domingos, convirtiendo esta tradición en un tiempo sagrado de reflexión, unidad y sanación para la familia.

Con frecuencia podías ver a Enrique conduciendo su camioneta roja por la avenida Grand en ruta al cementerio o para comprar aperitivos para los nietos y para Bertha.  

El legado perdurable de Enrique vive en la felicidad, la comodidad y la seguridad que brindó a su familia a través de sus sacrificios y amor inagotable. Ahora descansa en paz, reunido con su hija, Emilia Dolores, y sus padres, Luis y Herminia.

Mientras nos despedimos de Enrique, recordemos el amor que compartió, los valores que inculcó y la huella indeleble que dejó en todas nuestras vidas. Lo extrañaremos profundamente y lo atesoraremos para siempre en nuestros corazones.

Los servicios para honrar la memoria de Enrique Salcedo Urías se llevarán a cabo el Sagrado Corazón.   Rosario a las 2:00 de la tarde, siguiendo la Misa a las 2:30, entierro después de misa. 


 In Loving Memory of Enrique Salcedo Urias.

August 28th, 2023 - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved father, Enrique Salcedo who departed from us on August 26, 2023.

Born June 17, 1936,  Enrique was a devoted pillar of love and strength for his family. He was a devoted husband to his loving wife, Bertha Alicia Carvajal, for almost 63 years, setting an inspiring example of unwavering commitment and partnership. He was a cherished father to his three sons and two daughters, nurturing a home filled with love, loyalty, and togetherness.

For over 50 years, Enrique called Nogales his home.  His dedication to hard work, his family, and his friends made him a beloved figure in the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know him. He was known for his strong work ethic and his unwavering commitment to providing for his family.

His pride in his children's accomplishments was immeasurable. He celebrated with joy the achievements of his four grandchildren, Carlo Esteban, Priscilla, Eduardo Jr. and Noe and was immensely proud of his children , Enrique Jr., Annabelle, Eduardo and Hector Rodolfo for being first-generation college graduates. Despite enduring the heartbreak of losing a daughter at a young age, he never missed a Sunday visit to her grave, making it a sacred tradition for the family, a time of reflection, unity, and healing.

You could often spot Enrique driving his red truck along Grand Ave, either on his way from the cemetery or buying snacks for his grandkids and his wife. 

Enrique’s enduring legacy lives on in the happiness, comfort, and security he brought to his family through his sacrifices and unending love. He is now at peace, reunited with his daughter, Emilia Dolores, and his parents, Luis and Herminia.

As we bid farewell to Enrique, let us remember the love he shared, the values he instilled, and the indelible mark he left on all our lives. He will be greatly missed and forever treasured in our hearts.

Services to honor Enrique's memory will be held at Sacred Heart Church on Friday, September 1, 2023.  Rosary starts at 2:00PM, Mass at 2:30 followed by Burial at Mingus Memorial Park.
