Feliciana Campa Ortiz, born on March 25, 1933, in Durango, Mexico, passed away peacefully on October28, 202, in Marana, Arizona. She was a remarkable woman whose strength and unwavering dedication to her family left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Feliciana was a devoted mother, renowned for her incredible ability to give 100 percent of herself to her children. She instilled in them the values of hard work and, shaping their lives with her enduring spirit. Her deep-rooted faith as a devoted Catholic was a cornerstone of her life; she prayed fervently to the Virgin de Guadalupe and found solace in her religious beliefs.
The joy that Feliciana experienced when celebrating her birthday, surrounded by family, was a testament to her loving nature and the importance she placed on familial bonds. She cherished time spent with her loved ones, whether it be over a plate of her beloved gorditas, which she lovingly cooked, or during family camping trips where she would gather pine nuts.
Her interests were varied and filled with creativity. Feliciana enjoyed weaving in her spare time and found delight in watching telenovelas. Known for her early mornings, she would often rise before dawn to make homemade bread for her family, expressing her love through culinary traditions.
Feliciana is survived by her sons, Jose Isabel Delgado Campa, Francisca Delgado Campa, and Alejarndro Delgado Campa; daughters, Maria Florentina Delgado Campa, Maria Guadalupe Delgado Campa, and Maria Del Rosario Delgado Campa; brother, Valdo Campa Ortiz; as well as 30 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jose Guadalupe Delgado Campa; daughter, Luz Maria Delgado Campa; brothers, Juan Campa Ortiz and Antonio Campa Ortiz; sisters, Guadalupe Campa Ortiz, Francisca Campa Ortiz, and Celia Campa Ortiz de Ayala; and her parents, Antonio Campa Velasquez and Agustina Ortiz Alvarez.
Feliciana Campa Ortiz leaves a rich legacy of love, hard work, and profound faith. Her memory will continue to shine in the hearts of her family and friends, who will forever cherish the lessons she imparted and the joyous moments they shared together.
