Genaro Sebastian Preciado-Arias, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on October 3, 2023, in Tucson. Born March 28, 2003, in Tucson as, Genaro led a remarkable filled with love, laughter and the pursuit of dreams Genaro's passion for the outdoors manifested in his careers. He excelled in masonry while also demonstrating exceptional skills as a handyman and roofer. Through his work, Genaro left an indelible mark on the world around him, transforming ordinary spaces into breathtaking landscapes.
However, Genaro was much more than just his occupations. His vibrant personality brought joy to everyone he encountered. Known for his caring nature and a willingness to help others at every turn, Genaro created memorable experiences through his playful sense of humor. His jokes would lighten any room and spread laughter among family and friends.
During Genaro's early years at Manzo Elementary School, he showed great potential and an unyielding commitment to education. Among his many accomplishments were being recognized as the student of the month and receiving special invitations to Gate classes that recognized his intelligence and potential.
In addition to his achievements in academia, Genaro actively participated in various extracurricular activities that nourished his love for nature. One notable project was his contribution to the eco-system at Manzo Elementary School, where he worked tirelessly on creating a turtle habitat alongside a chicken coop. These projects showcased both Genaro's dedication to environmental preservation and his inherent connection with animals.
Outside of school and work commitments, Genaro enjoyed pursuing a variety of hobbies that brought him immense joy. He had an undeniable flair for dancing folklorico accompanied by the melodious tunes from his guitar. Engaging in sports activities allowed him to demonstrate his competitive spirit while staying physically active. Furthermore, Genaro found solace in the gym, where he sculpted his body and stayed committed to a healthy lifestyle. Genaro's creative side shone through his ability to write songs, serving as an outlet for him to express his emotions and connect with others on a profound level.
Among Genaro's proudest accomplishments were the strong bonds he formed within his family. He was a loving and devoted son to Susana Arias, who cherishes the countless memories they shared together. Genaro leaves behind his adoring father Angel Preciado, and his siblings Carolina Preciado, Dalila Preciado, and Abelardo Preciado. As an uncle, Genaro played an influential role in the lives of his nephews Armando Garcia, Xander Mendoza, and Benjamin Mendoza, as well as his nieces Naila Garcia and Zara Preciado. His love extended to his maternal grandmother Graciela Arias and paternal grandparents Leticia Garcia and Francisco Preciado.
