Gilbert F. Ortiz

Gilbert was born May 23, 1959 in Tucson, Arizona. Sadly he was called home to soon. Gilbert was Elizabeth’s whole life and he will be greatly missed by all our family and friends. Gilbert is preceded in death by his father, Felipe Ortiz; brother, Danny Ortiz; sister, Bertha Ortiz and his daughter, Evette Ortiz. Survived by his wife of 20 beautiful years, Elizabeth Ortiz; his mother, Angie Ortiz; siblings, Arnold Ortiz (Terry), Phil Ortiz (Shooby), Eva Ortiz (Mike) and Sylvia Ortiz (Donavon); his daughters, Veronica Ortiz and Melissa Ortiz; his son's Daniel Ferguson and Giancarlo Vasquez and grandchildren; Bianca, Peter Micheal, Katry, Queenie, Bella, Herman and Annalia. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pastor Luis Celaya will be blessing us between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. at Martinez Funeral Chapels, 2580 S 6th ave., Tucson, AZ.
