Born on August 12, 1939, in Tucson, AZ, Gilbert spent his formative years surrounded by the vibrant culture and warm community of his birthplace. In addition to his role as a devoted husband, Gilbert embraced the joys of parenthood wholeheartedly. His children Valerie, Rebecca, Veronica, Beatrice, and Manuel were the center of his world. In honoring and celebrating Gilbert's life, services will be held at St Margaret Mary Parish in Tucson on October 20, 2023. The Mass will commence at 11:00 AM, offering an opportunity for family, friends, and loved ones to gather together and pay their respects to this remarkable individual. Following the Mass, a burial will take place at Holy Hope Cemetery at 12:30 PM. This final act of farewell will allow those touched by Gilbert's presence to find peace and closure.
