Grace Frances Carter

Grace Frances Carter, 91, earned her wings on December 25, 2018 in Sierra Vista, Arizona surrounded by her family.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Rusty Carter.  She is survived by her Sons:  Jeffrey A. Miller (Marilyn), Otis, Britt, and Bill; Daughters: Laurie, Vicki, and Pam; Grandchildren: Lee and Lianne; Great Grandchild: Leo.  She may be gone physically but will continue to live in the hearts of all those she touched.
