Irma Lopez passed away in Tucson, AZ at age 67, on May 25.2019. She was born on January 3rd, 1952 in Cananea, Sonora, Mexico to Socorro Bustamante and Miguel Lopez.
rma left her home very young against her fathers will to come to the United States, to accomplish her dream of learning English. Once she did , she returned home and worked as a secretary, a teacher and an entrepreneur. At the age of 40, she returned to the United States and worked as a Customer Service representative, a job she loved and admired.
She is survived by 7 siblings: Martha, Miguel, Francisco, Edgardo, Ana Maria, Bertha y Ricardo. Her son Rafael and her daughters Marcia and Karen as well as 3 beloved grandchildren:Marcia, Johara and Rafael. Many aunts and cousins, Nephews and nieces who she loved and touched deeply.
She was a woman of faith and courage. Strong, smart, truthful and wise. A warrior who never gave up and will always be remembered.
