Jennie Sierra Alcantar

Jennie Sierra Alcantar was born on February 10th, 1935 in Cottonwood, Arizona and peacefully passed away on February 3rd, 2021 in Tucson, Arizona at the age of 85. Survived by her beloved husband, Julio Alcantar; her sons, Luis Alcantar and David Sierra, and daughters Julia Ramirez (Richard), Yolanda A. Miranda (Octavio), Maria Alcantar (Daniel), Cristina Lara (Julio), and Terry Sierra. She’s also survived by her eight grandchildren, (Eliza, Mark, and Riana Lara) (Krystal Alcantar [home caregiver], (Daisy and Daniel Rodriquez) (Cookie and Candy Rodriguez) and 4 great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. She was preceded in death by parents, Felipe and Herlinda Sierra, 5 brothers and 2 sisters. She lived a strong, loving life with her family by her side. The family would like to thank Casa De Luz Hospice for caring for Jennie. The funeral will be held on February 19th at Martinez Funeral Chapels in Tucson, Arizona.
