Jesus Angel Cota, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on August 18, 2023, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born on November 4, 1953, in Mexico. Jesus lived a life filled with love, compassion, and devotion to his family and friends.
Born in Mexico, Jesus brought his vibrant spirit with him wherever he went. His warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He embodied the values of hard work and perseverance, which he learned from his humble beginnings in his home country.
Jesus' greatest joy in life was his family. He was a loving husband to Silvia Cota for over four decades. Their union served as an inspiration to many, as they displayed unwavering support and deep affection for each other throughout their years together.
As a father, Jesus was a role model to his children: Fernando, Claudia, and Adriana. He provided them with a nurturing environment where they could flourish and explore their passions. Jesus taught them the importance of compassion, integrity, and determination. They have inherited his beautiful spirit and will carry it forward as a testament to his unending love.
Being a grandfather brought immense delight to Jesus' life. He adored his grandchildren dearly and found immeasurable joy in watching them grow. Mariyana Contreras, Antonio Cota, and Alexandro Cota were blessed to have him as their grandfather. Jesus showered them with affection and wisdom while instilling in them the values that shaped his own remarkable journey.
In times of grief, let us remember how Jesus lived his life: with unwavering love for his family, boundless compassion for others, and an indomitable spirit that continues to inspire us all. May his light continue to guide and comfort us as we navigate through the days ahead.
Jesus will be deeply missed by his adoring wife Silvia Cota, children Fernando Cota, Claudia Cota, and Adriana Cota; grandchildren Mariyana Contreras, Antonio Cota, and Alexandro Cota; as well as numerous other family members and friends whose lives he touched.
Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find strength in knowing that Jesus' spirit will live on through the love he shared with us all. Rest in peace, dear Jesus. Your legacy will forever shine brightly in our hearts.
