Rio Rico

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jesus Garcia, a cherished husband, father, brother, and grandfather who left us on August 22, 2024, at the age of 53 in Tucson, Arizona. Born on May 5, 1971, in Culiacán Sinaloa, Jesus brought light and love to those around him throughout his life.

over 20 years, Jesus dedicated himself to his career as a Terminal Manager at Synergy Cargo Logistics. His remarkable work ethic and commitment to excellence were evident, and he later pursued his passion by establishing his own truck and trailer repair company. His journey was characterized by hard work, intelligence, and a selfless heart that touched the lives of many.

Jesus was a proud husband, father and grandfather. He often reminisced about the joy his children—Jesus Gohan Garcia, Gael Dominic Garcia, and Grecia Juarez—brought into his life and the love that he had for his wife Yadira Garcia. His love extended generously to his three grandchildren, Paul, Sophie, and Ariana. Whenever they visited him at work, he always had a delightful surprise waiting for them—fresh cookies that he lovingly share in joyful moments together. He was not just a father; he was their steadfast supporter, embodying the true essence of family love.

In the company of his siblings, Cuauhtémoc Gracia, David Gracia, and Rebecca Garcia, he strengthened family bonds that will be remembered fondly. Despite his quiet and reserved demeanor, Jesus's presence resonated with strength and kindness, leaving an indelible mark on those who knew him.

He had a spirited passion for motorcycles, proudly taking part in "Elite MC," which allowed him to connect with others while enjoying the thrill of riding. His interests were not merely hobbies, but reflections of a life lived with vigor and enthusiasm.

Jesus is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Donato Gracia and Ascencion Garcia, and his brother, Donato Garcia. Though they are no longer here, their spirit lives on through the memories and love shared by Jesus's family.

A visitation will be held on August 26, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM at Martinez Funeral Chapels - Nogales, located at 891 W Mariposa Rd, Nogales, AZ 85621. A prayer service will follow starting at 12:00 PM, leading into a Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 3:00 PM.

As we gather to honor Jesus's life, let us remember him for his dedication, generosity, and unwavering love. He will be deeply missed but always cherished in our hearts.
