Jesus Rene Mendoza

Jesus Rene Mendoza, born on November 24, 1941, in Sonoita, Sonora, Mexico, peacefully passed away on December 20, 2023, in Nogales, Arizona. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a cherished member of his community. Jesus will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Jesus was preceded in death by his loving wife Manuela Mendoza. Their love was a testament to the power of commitment and companionship that lasted through the ups and downs of life. Together, they built a beautiful family that will forever honor their memory.

He will be remembered fondly by his children: Jesus Mendoza, Felipe Moraga, Jose Luis Mendoza, Miguel Angel Mendoza, Rosa Maria Mendoza, Sandra Regalado, Laura Villa, and Mayra Vazquez. Each one carries a piece of their father's kindness and wisdom within them.

In addition to his children, Jesus is survived by his brother Jose Luis Mendoza. The bond they shared as brothers was unbreakable and filled with cherished memories.

Jesus was also blessed with a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who gave him much joy and pride. They were an endless source of love and laughter in his life.

A visitation will be held at Martinez Funeral Chapels - Nogales on December 22nd starting at 10:30 AM until 1:30 PM. A Rosary will be recited from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. The funeral Mass will take place at San Felipe de Jesus Parish at 2:00 PM with interment at Nogales City Cemetery at 3:30 PM on the same day.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate the life of Jesus Rene Mendoza during these services. Through prayers, stories, and shared memories, we can honor the legacy he leaves behind and find comfort in each other's presence.

Jesus Rene Mendoza will forever be remembered as a loving husband, caring father, devoted brother, doting grandfather, incredible great-grandfather, and a dear friend. His kindness, wisdom, and gentle spirit touched the lives of many and his memory will continue to live on in our hearts.

May he rest in eternal peace as his spirit finds solace among the stars above.
