Jesus Rubio Ortiz

Jesus Rubio Ortiz, 89 was born in Cananea, Sonora, Mexico and lived in Tucson for over 60 years. Jesus died peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Ernestina A. Ortiz; his daughters, Julieta Ortiz and Ernestina Ortiz Rodriguez (Cristobal); grandchildren Jonas Rodriguez, Benjamin Rodriguez, Cristobal Rodriguez and Marisela Rodriguez; great grandchildren Jonas Rodriguez Soto and Gabriela Rodriguez. Also survived by his sisters Pilar Cruz and Elena Alday. Jesus was proud of his family and loved them very much. He was an excellent provider and an honorable man who demonstrated a strong work ethic and good morals. Jesus valued his friendships and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those who needed him. He will be missed very much by his family and friends.
