Joaquin Carranza

Joaquin "Jack" Carranza lived a full life of 92 years before gaining his angel wings on October 19, 2021.
Born on September 15, 1929 to the parents of Ramon Carranza and Enriqueta Ainsa Carranza, Joaquin was one of eleven children, six sisters and three brothers. After a well-lived life, survived with his loving wife Socorro "Sukie" Carranza of 66 years and by his side with his five children Lillian "Guera" (Richard), Joaquin Jack Jr. "Pelon" (Sandra), Albert "Chapo" (Martina), Jenny "Juana" (David) and Johnny "Gonzo" (Brenda). Surrounded with his 19 grandchildren, Priscilla "Chiva vieja", Nicole "Peluca", Edward "Bugs", Jack Jr. III "Machete", Robert " Machete" (Jennell), Jessica "Abeja" (Miguel), Dominic "Machete"(Rosie), Julio "July", Kimmy "Black snake" (Eddie), Darlene "Onion head" (Ernie), Albert Jr "Papas", Linda "Walnut", Marcos "Antonio", Alex, Albert "Ejote", Daniel "Knuckle head", Davina " Rata Pelada" (Juan Carlos), Anthony "Visnaga", Stephanie. His 20 great-grandkids, Mya "Curly Top" (Gabriel), Roman "Raton", Alize "Peluquita", Emma "Buggy Wuggy", Ezra "Lil Bugs", Aniya, Uriah, Michael, Eli, Donny, Dominic Jr, Tamia, Eduardo, Rene "Rene Rene", Neveah "Chantunga", Ernesto, Easton, Isaiah "Papitas", Ezra, Jaelin "Brochita" and 1 great great grandchild Giovanni Bluue.
Joaquin was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and served in the U.S Army and retired at Hughes air craft. Joaquin always enjoyed the outdoors, traveling and reading. He will always be remembered to give nick names to his loved ones.
A devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, great great grandfather. He will dearly be missed and remain in our hearts forever.
