John Edward Thurston II

John Edward Thurston II, born on July 14, 1975 to John and Linda Thurston, passed away on July 24 2024, in his hometown. John was known for his unwavering love for fishing and spent countless hours by the water's edge with his trusty rod in hand. He was a beloved son, father, and friend.

He dedicated himself wholeheartedly to caring for his family and his proudest accomplishments revolved around his children. John's love for his three daughters; Lya, Samantha, Olivia and son, Andrew knew no bounds. They were the light of his life and he cherished every moment spent with them.

John was characterized by his loyalty, honesty, and kindness. His kind nature was evident in the way he selflessly cared for those around him. His departure leaves a void in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

You will forever remain in our hearts.In this time of grieving loss, we remember John Edward Thurston II fondly for the love he shared with his family, the warmth he brought to his friendships, and the joy he found by the water's edge. May his memory be a source of comfort and solace to all who mourn his loss.

A Memorial Service to honor and celebrate John's life will be held on August 2, 2024, at Martinez Funeral Chapels in Tucson. The service will commence at 1:00 PM and conclude at 4:00 PM. There will be a reception following the service, with food, and drinks.
