Laura Elizabeth Reza, a compassionate soul who dedicated her career to public service, has passed away on July 7, 2024, in Tucson, Arizona. She was born on May 19, 1958, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Laura's desire to help others led her to serve as a federal agent at the port of entry, where she worked tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of her community.
Throughout her life, Laura known for her open heart, warm personality and free-spirited nature. She had a deep love for celebrations and cherished moments spent with her loved ones. Her kind and loving spirit touched the hearts of all who knew her.
Aside from her professional accomplishments, Laura had a talent for making delicious fudge that became famous among family and friends. Her homemade treats brought joy to many Christmas occasions and will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
Laura's proudest accomplishments were her children, grandchildren and her role as a federal officer for immigrations and EMT. She found immense pride and fulfillment in both roles, always striving to create a better future for her loved ones.
Laura leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will be carried on by her surviving family and friends. She is survived by her life partner, Gebrial Sarah; children Melissa, Elena, Shannon, Mario, Enrique, and Caitlin; grandchildren Isabella, Chloe, Max, Ayanna, Aviel, Lashun, Unique, Elijah, Kadin, Kimberly, Kaleb, Sophia, Abigail, Enrique Jr., Cade Jr., and Zoey; siblings Pam and Holly; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
A visitation to honor Laura's life will take place on July 15th from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Martinez Funeral Chapels in Tucson. The event will provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together to celebrate the life of this remarkable woman who touched so many hearts.
In Laura Elizabeth Reza's passing, the world has lost a beacon of light and compassion. May she rest in peace knowing that she made a lasting impact on all those who were fortunate enough to know her.
