Lisa Ann Otero

June 10, 1960 — August 15, 2017

Lisa fought pancreatic cancer for 5 years. She took some pretty hard punches. Lisa threw the final punch on August 15th, at 1:45 p.m. She took control and rode to Heaven. Lisa Ann Otero was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and a lifelong member of the local biker community. She attended Palo Verde High School and worked as an administrative professional in the construction and medical billing industries. Lisa married William Hanson in 1981 and that union produced her daughter Tessa. In 1984 she had her second daughter Vanessa with Chris Ybarra. Lisa found her final love and life partner in Danny "The Count" Koker fom the show Counting Cars. Lisa was a food connoisseur. She was willing to try anything local to the regions in which she traveled. During her cancer fight she would watch Bizarre Foods to incite an appetite. Lisa was a fighter in all aspects of her life. She won many bar fights and stole even more hearts. She loved her grandchildren, motorcycles, old school biker culture, the "F" word, and Judge Judy. Not necessarily in that order. She hated politicians, the Express Flooring commercial, and hypocrites. Not necessarily in that order. Lisa is preceded in death by her granddaughter Serene Weber, and mother Josephine Guillen. She is survived by her daughters Tessa (Francisco) Vargas, and Vanessa Ybarra; Her father Juan Guillen, her favorite brother Robert Guillen, brother Santiago, sisters Diane and Linda, and several nieces & nephews. She leaves behind 7 grandchildren filled with the ever constant love she gave them and too many family and friends to name. Lisa was free, honest, and perfectly imperfect. She loved hard and wore her heart on her sleeve. She will truly be missed and will live on in our hearts forever.
