Magdalena Yanez Molinar “Helen” has joined her husband, Benjamin Saiz Molinar and added to Heaven’s glory. She graced the Earth on March 20th, 1929 in Otis, New Mexico to parents Victoriana Baez Dominguez and Pablo Sanchez Yanez. Her grandparents; Maria Heredia Baeza and Marcelo Acosta Dominguez, Eligia Sanchez and Justo Ruis Yanez. Preceded her in death her husband, parents, her siblings; Marcela, Maria, Justo, Francisco, Mickie and Mary; and her granddaughter, Melissa Fuentes. Those left to cherish her memories; daughters, Sharon (Alfred), Vanie (Don), Cynthia (Pete) and Kathy; sons, Willie (Martha) and Gerald; 18 Grandchildren and 30 Great-Grandchildren. She was educated in Carlsbad, New Mexico and became a nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Carlsbad. During her time in Tucson, she was a homemaker and avid family historian with a flair for singing in choir at Sacred Heart. Her devotion to her faith was awe-inspiring and devotion to family, poetic. With the sun behind your eyes and warmth in your heart. I Thank God everyday of our life for giving us the best parents/grandparents ever! Te quiero Ama/Apa! Por Siempre!!! Our Jewel of the Desert.
