Time for me to go now, I will not say goodbye,
Look for me up in the rainbows, way up in the sky.
In the morning sunrise when the world is new,
Just look for me and love me, as you I loved you.
It won’t be forever, the day will come, and then,
My loving arms will hold you when we meet again.
Every waking moment, and all your whole life through,
Just wish me to be near you, and I’ll be there with you.
We are sad to announce the passing of Manuel Torres (Manny), of Tucson, Arizona. Manuel gained his wings on December 8, 2022, at the age of 49. He is survived by his daughters; Alexis Torres, Aarizah Torres, Jasmine Gill, Latasha Olver, Aaliyah Soto and, Aalisah Soto, son; Damien Polacio, granddaughter Alayah Torres, Mother Irma Torres, sister Lisa Torres, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Manuel is preceded in death by his father Isidro Torres, brother Ernesto Torres, and his nana Socorro. Manuel was truly a kind soul with the most infectious laugh. His smile could light up the darkest room. Manuel was well known in his community for his artwork doing tattoos. In Manuel's free time he enjoyed fishing, swimming, hiking, and spending quality time with the ones he loved. It hurts us deeply to know his body is no longer here on earth with us, but we do know his spirit will forever live, and find comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain. He fought a good fight but he can now finally rest in paradise.
