Maria Fernanda Del Santo, 49, was surrounded by her family when she joined our Heavenly Father on May 4, 2018. Survived by her beloved husband of 21 years of matrimony, Robert A. Del Santo; parents, Francisco and Violeta Yépiz; sister, Violeta Meyer (Eric); brothers, Francisco Yépiz (Mariza), Ricardo Yépiz (Dolores) and Xavier Yépiz (Norma); mother-in-law, Margot Del Santo; nephews, Ricky Yépiz and Eric Karl Meyer; nieces, Mariza Yépiz, Gabriela Yépiz, Ana Carolina Yépiz, Alejandra Yépiz, Melissa Yépiz and Rebecca Meyer, as well as many friends. Fernanda was a kind, loving and dedicated wife to Robert since their marriage in the church on November 16, 1996. They had been cultivating their love that they have for each other since they first met in December of 1990. A devout Catholic who faithfully prayed the rosary and was a dedicated servant of the San Felipe De Jesus Parish, where she was also a delightful singer in the choir, as well as, a helpful guide to the young teen members. She was a caring person whom respected the life of others. Her dog Cookie had a special place in her heart and was blessed to have an owner as special as she was. After witnessing the dog being hit by two cars, she quickly came to her aid and provided medical attention and adopted her. She enjoyed peace and tranquility while going on long walks. A loving sister who had many values like honoring her parents with respect, and formed special bonds with her nieces and nephews. An adventurist who was always open to trying new things. She especially enjoyed the outdoors and was active with exercise like aerobics. Not only an exceptional cook but also had an admirable taste to savor delectable gourmet of many foods, especially desserts like cheesecake. She expressed affections to her family and friends with many hugs and kisses. She enjoyed the gifts bestowed upon us from God in this material life and despite her battle with cancer, she always kept a positive outlook and trusted in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She had a special devotion to Our Lady the Blessed Virgen Mary. Although it is difficult to let her go, she will live on in our hearts forever.
