Mario Enrique Perez died peacefully on Sunday November 15, 2020 in Tucson; Arizona due to Kidney failure and Heart Attack. Mario was born in Lynwood, California on August 15, 1969 to his wonderful parents, Ruth Rodriquez Perez and Alfred Lomeli Perez Sr. Mario was preceded in death by his Dad Alfred Lomeli Perez Sr. his Paternal Grandparents Jose Macias Perez and Beatrice Lomeli Perez, his Maternal Grandparents Frank L. Rodriquez and Susana Guillen Rodriquez. Mario is survived by his Mother Ruth Rodriquez Perez, Three Brothers Alfred Perez, Jr, Tony S. Perez, and Eddie Perez (Monica Perez) and Daughters Felicia Marie Perez, Beatrice Marie Perez, and Maria Isabel Perez, Granddaughter Anicia Perez. Mario Nieces and Nephews Stephanie Marie Perez Plante, Tony Perez, Jr., Angelica Perez Lundvall, Sabrina Perez Torres. Christopher Hernandez Perez, Eddie Perez, Jr. Jose Perez, Angel Perez, Gabriel Perez. Mario attended Tolson Elementary, Maxwell Junior High, and Cholla High School. Most of his younger years Mario was involved in many sports as he was growing up in Vista Del Pueblo Neighborhood. Mario loved Football and Baseball little League. Mario was a Catcher for Baseball and a Defensive Lineman for Football. Mario also was in Scholastic Track Meets and also tackled other sports like Golfing, Bowling and Swimming. Mario loved U of A Wildcats Football. His parents took him and his brothers to many football games as they grew up. Mario also loved Professional Football and Baseball. Mario also loved to listen to songs and music, some of the Artists and Songs are: Al Green (Let’s Stay Together), Richey Valens (We Belong Together), Little Anthony (Tears On My Pillow) as well as many others. Mario always loved to eat, had a passion for cooking, which inspired him to be a great Cook. Mario worked as a cook at most restaurants including Pizza Hut, and Arbys and some Steak Houses. His favorite food was Cup of Noodles/Maruchan, Home Made Pizza, Spaghetti, Chicken and Steak. Mario loved people and loved to carry on a conversation. Mario was always willing to listen, talk and give a helping hand to anyone in need, a friend mentioned just the other day in disbelief of Mario’s Passing, What!! Mario just bought me a hamburger, he always cared about people not eating. Mario always managed to make friends everywhere he went weather it was on the bus, the sidewalk, a restaurant, just about anywhere. Mario always had his cheesy smile, which everyone will remember. During his later years he became very independent and didn’t ask anyone for much help. He was religious in his own way but still believed in Jesus as he prayed for help during his illness and for everyone else. He cared for everyone in his own ways, and will be missed very much.
