Martha Lily Lopez, born on January 28, 1938, peacefully passed away on April 2, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth that will forever be cherished by her family. Known for her kind and welcoming nature, Martha was a beacon of humility and compassion to all who knew her.

Martha’s life revolved around treasured moments spent with her family, particularly those joyous Easter celebrations that brought everyone together. Her unwavering commitment to her loved ones defined her existence, and she took immense pride in her role as a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.

She is survived by her beloved children: Eduardo (Irma), Mary, Carmen, Betty, Martha Anna, and Jesse. Martha’s family continues to grow, with a remarkable lineage that encompasses 26 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren, and 34 great-great-grandchildren. Each member of her family carries a piece of her spirit, reflecting the love and values she instilled in them throughout her life.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Lundy, grandchildren, Oscar, Gabriel, Georgie and Mariza.

Martha Lily Lopez will be remembered not just for her nurturing qualities, but also for the vibrant joy she spread in her community.
