Preceded in death by his beloved mother Jessie Herrera Valensuela, father Milton Nelson Dumm, brother Jimmy Nelson, and Sisters Frances V. Sagasta, Evelyn D. He served for Uncle Sam in the U.S. Army as an M.P. in Okinawa during the Korean Conflict. After serving in the Army, Milton didn’t let the grass grow under his feet. There was a time he worked four jobs at the same time. This included, working and retireing after 32 years with the City of Tucson, Parks & Recreation Dept., as an upper level manager. After he retired he stayed very busy. He managed and bartended at the Porfidio Diaz Club, and was a successful real estate investor.

Milton enjoyed going to the casino, and he loved to care for his trees and plants, and most of all his cherished dog “Pee Wee”. Dad was a character and would retell his humorous stories. If asked how he was doing he would reply, “I feel like an old bus with three flat tires!”

May you rest in peace Dad. You will forever in our memories.
