Natalia Armijo

On July 16, 2020, Natalia Armijo, 85, departed this world peacefully in her sleep. She is preceded in death by her husband, Armando Valencia Armijo, her parents Francisco and Carlota Castro, and 10 brothers and sisters. Natalia was lovingly survived by her daughter, Rosalina Armijo (Art); sons, Armando Armijo and Carlos Armijo (Mary Anne); niece, Olga Aida Norzagaray (Arturo); sister, Concepción Tapia, and many nieces and nephews. Her four grandchildren, AnaMarie Armijo (Joshua), Carlos A  Armijo (Emma), Dianette Plácido (Diego), and Bobby Rodríguez (Yvette) blessed her with three great grandchildren, Lucero Cereza Plácido, Penelope Olivia Liffiton, and Pierre Jet Rodríguez. The Armijo family extends heartfelt gratitude to all of the family and friends who sent prayers and well wishes when we’ve needed them most. And to the clinical staff at Casa Adobes Rehabilitation Center who affectionately cared for Natalia for over 11 years- you are loved like family. Services will take place on Friday, July 24, 2020 at Martinez Funeral Chapels. Visitation will begin at 9 am with the Holy Rosary recited at 10 am. Burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery at 12 pm. We ask that you strongly consider your health and the health of others if attending the memorial services. Masks will be required, social distancing will be practiced, and hand sanitizing stations will be available.  We invite you to wear yellow to celebrate Natalia’s love for life and color.

El 14 de julio de 2020, Natalia Armijo, de 85 años, partió de este mundo pacíficamente mientras dormía. Le precedieron en la muerte su esposo, Armando Valencia Armijo, sus padres Francisco y Carlota Castro, y 10 hermanos y hermanas. Natalia fue sobrevivida amorosamente por su hija, Rosalina Armijo (Art); hijos, Armando Armijo y Carlos Armijo (Mary Anne); sobrina, Olga Aida Norzagaray (Arturo); su hermana Concepción Tapia, y muchos sobrinos y sobrinas. Sus cuatro nietos, AnaMarie Armijo (Joshua), Carlos A Armijo (Emma), Dianette Plácido (Diego) y Bobby Rodríguez (Yvette) la bendicieron con tres bisnietos, Lucero Cereza Plácido, Penélope Olivia Liffiton, y Pierre Jet Rodríguez. La familia Armijo ofrece su sincera gratitud a todos los familiares y amigos que enviaron oraciones y buenos deseos cuando más los necesitábamos. Y para el personal clínico del Centro de Rehabilitación Casa Adobes que cuidó cariñosamente a Natalia durante más de 11 años, ustedes son como familia. Los servicios se llevarán a cabo el viernes 24 de julio de 2020 en Funeraria Martínez. La visitación comenzará a las 9 am con el Santo Rosario rezado a las 10 am. Entierro a seguir en el cementerio Holy Hope a las 12 pm. Le pedimos que considere seriamente su salud y la salud de los demás si asiste a los servicios. Se requerirán máscarillas, se practicará el distanciamiento social y se dispondrá de estaciones de desinfección de manos. Los invitamos a vestir de amarillo para celebrar el amor de Natalia por la vida y el color.
